This week we thought we’d like to showcase a few of our homes that have proven time and time again to be big hits with builders<\/a>. All three of these homes have been built countless times and each time they have been a great success.<\/p>\n

Each of these homes share a few key elements that contribute greatly to their popularity. You’ll likely notice first that all three of these homes are two stories. This element is key to the flexibility that these homes provide. A two story home\u00a0 allows for all the space that most homeowners desire while keeping the footprint of the home small enough that it will fit on a variety of lots.<\/p>\n

Speaking of space, you’ll notice that these homes all fall in something of a square footage “sweet spot.”\u00a0 This 2000-3000\u00a0 square\u00a0 foot range is flexible enough to accommodate the needs of many different families.
