Our bareroot bulbs and many perennials are sold September through December, with the remaining perennials sold through March. Many species sell out before they are dug so it is a good idea to order early (late summer) for the best selection. Potted plants (plugs, 4\u2033, 1 gal to 15 gal and RC bags) are available year round. Full ordering parameters can be found at the top of our availability lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>Accompanying availability lists are intended for the wholesale trade only. These lists cancel all previous lists and quotations and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on these lists are in U.S. Dollars and are F.O.B. Sevenoaks Native Nursery. Prices based on a $500 minimum order. For orders $200-$500 add 25%. Orders less than $200.00 are considered retail (wholesale x 2.0). We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0<\/strong>Payment in FULL should accompany orders without prior credit approval.\u00a0 Customers without approved credit must submit a 25% deposit and pay the balance in full before shipment.\u00a0 For customers with approved credit, payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice.\u00a0 Past due accounts will be subject to a service charge of 2% per month (24% per annual) plus collection fees.\u00a0 Credit applications available upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>All bareroot stock is shipped at buyer\u2019s risk and expense, F.O.B. Sevenoaks Native Nursery. Bareroot orders will be shipped by UPS, unless otherwise specified. Sevenoaks is not liable for delays in transit. All stock travels at purchaser\u2019s risk. Packaging charges will be invoiced at cost of labor and materials, shipping charges will be invoiced at cost. Orders held for shipping after April 1st<\/sup> must be prepaid and are subject to additional storage charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>Delivery of your containerized order is possible. We generally require a $3000 minimum for delivery, but sometimes orders can be combined and we can then deliver smaller orders. Delivery charges range from $75-$300, depending on location and size of order. Please inquire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Grading Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>Plants from Sevenoaks Native Nursery will equal or exceed standards adopted by the American Association of Nurserymen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bareroot Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>All bareroot cancellations must be made prior to December 15th. Deposits will be forfeited if we are unable to sell the product that was cancelled. Cancellations after December 15th<\/sup> will lose deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>Contract Propagation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>We welcome your inquiries for contracted propagation and growing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/strong>Sevenoaks sells with you, the customer in mind. We therefore guarantee that all plants are healthy and have maximum potential to grow for you when shipped. We are careful to keep our species true to name.
